We offer monthly memberships for creatives and entrepreneurs that would like to use our space on a regular basis. We ask members to choose their desired time slot at least one week prior. Monthly membership payments are due every 1st of the month.

Our PACKAGES

  • OCCASIONAL $800

    This package is for creatives that only need about 8 hours of shooting time per month.

  • REGULAR $2000

    This package is for creatives that will need 20 or more hours of shooting time per month.

  • FULL TIME $3500

    This package is for creatives that need 40 or more hours of shooting time per month.

  • 530 Nepperhan Ave Yonkers NY 10701. The suite number will be provided upon booking.

  • There is ample free street and metered parking right in front of the studio. Metered parking can be paid via the convenient ParkMobile app. There is also free parking along surrounding side streets.

  • Once you arrive to the studio, we will buzz you in. To get to the studio, you will have to walk up steps. If you need an elevator for crew, equipment or wheelchairs, or in general - we have a 8ft x 8ft x 8ft freight elevator. We also have a covered loading dock where you can bring in any looks for your shoot, props, equipment, etc.

  • Yes, we have a vanity station with a large mirror and bright lighting for makeup. We also have a private dressing room area.

  • Yes, the building has a bathroom.

  • No, it is not.

    You can also use any of the furniture and props within the studio during your shoot. Once your session is done, you will need to put the props and furniture back. If you move the furniture, please use the furniture protectors on the floor to avoid scratching the floor.

  • Unfortunately, the cars are not for driving. You will only be able to rent them for content purposes. The car will be brought to your location and an attendant will be present with the car throughout the duration of the rental. You will be able to take photos and video on the outside and inside of the car.
