What is the studio address?

530 Nepperhan Ave Yonkers NY 10701. The suite number will be provided upon booking.

Is there parking?

There is ample free street and metered parking right in front of the studio. Metered parking can be paid via the convenient ParkMobile app. There is also free parking along surrounding side streets.

How can I get access to the studio?

Once you arrive to the studio, you can be buzzed in. To get to the studio, you will have to walk up 3 flights of steps. If you need an elevator for crew, equipment or wheelchairs, or in general - we have a 8ft x 8ft x 8ft freight elevator. We also have a covered loading dock where you can bring in any looks for your shoot, props, equipment, etc.

Is there an area in the studio for changing and makeup?

Yes, we have a vanity station with a large mirror and bright lighting for makeup. We also have a private dressing room area and a floor length mirror.

Do you provide a photographer?

If you need a photographer, please email us and we can accommodate you.

What if I want to book the studio before it is opened or closed?

Please reach out to us, so we can try our best to accommodate you.

Can I come early to set up my equipment?

All setting up and taking down of equipment should fall within your booking slot, please remember to give yourself enough time to pack up as cleaning up needs to be done within allocated time.

What happens if I go over my scheduled time?

Please include equipment set up and take down in your booking. If you go over time, you are responsible for overtime charges which start 5 minutes after the your allotted time slot.

Is there a restroom in the studio?

Yes, the building has a bathroom.

Is the studio soundproof?

No, it is not.

You can also use any of the furniture and props within the studio during your shoot. Once your session is done, you will need to put the props and furniture back. If you move the furniture, please use the furniture protectors on the floor to avoid damaging the floor.

Is there somewhere I can charge my phone and devices?

Yes!

If I rent the car, am I able to drive it?

Unfortunately, the cars are not for driving. You will only be able to rent them for content purposes. The car will be brought to your location and an attendant will be present with the car throughout the duration of the rental. You will be able to take photos and video on the outside and inside of the car.
